Education Expenses in Pakistan Increased upto 153 percent

After rent of house, the education is the biggest contributor to Consumer price index (CPI) Based inflation and the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) shows how costly education is in Pakistan.

Millions of Child's are out of school as their parents are not able to afford fees, and the government school have no capacity to impart education for these children without any fee basis.

Schooling is the costly affair of most Pakistanis. As the private schools, which educate most of the children are charging the highest price for their services. At the same time the parents are over burdened with costly imported books, copies and stationery items.

The inflation for education surged to highest level of 153 percent in September, 2017 from 38 percent. Since the government schools are in worst condition / situation, it is unlikely that the children who could not afford private educational institutions could get admissions to the public sector schools.
